All services are subject to professional judgment, IRS rules, and applicable federal and state tax laws.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By booking services, you confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.

You agree to:

• Provide complete, truthful, and timely information and documents
   
• Cooperate with our team and adhere to timelines for document submission
   
• Review all completed forms and filings for accuracy before approval
   
• Pay all applicable service fees as agreed in your consultation or engagement letter
   

Failure to provide information may delay or invalidate service outcomes.

Service fees are clearly outlined during booking or within signed agreements. Payment must be made in full, or according to the payment plan agreed upon, prior to the delivery of final services or filings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for nonpayment.

Due to the personalized nature of tax services, fees are non-refundable once services begin. Any exceptions must be made in writing and approved by management. Consultation fees are generally credited only toward eligible services booked within 14 days, as stated in your service description.

EstateHarmonix does not guarantee any particular outcome with the IRS, including debt forgiveness or settlement approvals. We act as your advocate and provide representation and advisory services based on best practices and current law.

We are not liable for:

• Errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
   
• IRS or state agency delays, changes in tax law, or audit decisions
   
• Financial or legal consequences outside the scope of services rendered

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Maricopa County, Arizona.
